French Navy Decides on Safety

In a test performed by the French Navy Marine Nationale, the G750 portable multi-gas detector proved to be number one.

This test analyzed factors such as handling, durability, temperature sensitivity, and response.
During the test, Marine Nationale became convinced of the superior quality of the G750. GfG's multi-gas detector prevailed against several competing units.

High reliability and a minimal service requirement are a must for marine applications.
Now 171 rugged G750 gas detectors ensure safety on board the French ships and provide reliable warning of gas hazards. Each detector for the French Navy includes 5 sensors. The G750 allows monitoring of the following gases: Combustible gases and vapors (e.g. CH4, H2, C3H8,…), CO2, O2, CO, NH3, H2, NO, NO2, SO2, Cl2, PH3, SiH4, HCN, and C2.
Carbon dioxide is, of course, measured by the proven infrared principle, not with an electrochemical cell.
